When Romeo heard that Juliet was a Capulet he didn't like have a major freak out. While Juliet panicked. I think it was because Romeo thinks that they would kind of bow down to him since he is a male and from the opposing side.
When Romeo found out that Juliet was a Capulet, he didn't seem to care that much. I mean, he knew how significant it was, but he wasn't going to let that stop him from being with the girl he wanted to spend his life with. When Juliet found out that Romeo was a Montague, she was horrified and she didn't really know what to think. I think that she really knew she wanted to be with him, but that was definitely a serious problem for her.

Romeo was slightly sad that he had fallen for somebody who was supposed to be his enemy, but it didn't stop him from doing ANYTHING to see her. Juliet was all like "Oh woe is me!" and stuff like that. She did love Romeo, and only discouraged him to protect him from getting run through with her father's sword or something of that nature.

ReplyDeleteI totally agree. She had like a level 10 meltdown while Romeo was like "eh...oh well." =)
DeleteOH EM GEE I was thinking like the same thing. Romeo didn't think it bad while Juliet was majorly upset about it.
