Why does Romeo refuse to fight with Tybalt?

  1. He doesn't want to fight Tybalt because he doesn't want to cause Juliet pain by fighting her cousin.

  2. Because Tybalt is awesome and Romeo didn't want to get hurt. But in a sudden change of events, Tybalt ended up dead. :c

  3. I think he only fought Tybalt because Tybalt made him P.Oed... So Romeo fought back.
